FAQs: Am I affected by the changes?
Q: Will my colors change?
A: In this update, SAi has fixed some issues that were interfering with correct color management. Some users may now experience improved color because of these advancements. Other than these fixes, SAi has made no changes to the color management portion of the software, so users should not experience color differences. The new PDF RIP is only the color engine and does not affect the color management.
Q: Can I use the same ICC Profiles?
A: Absolutely. You can continue to use the same profiles you used before. There will be no interruption to your workflow.
Q: Is this new technology?
A: Yes, the new PDF RIP engine uses next generation raster image processing technology.

FAQs: Is this update for me?
Q: I have Flexi cutting software but use the PlusPRINT option for printing. Do I need a new password?
A: Yes, you will need an updated password. Follow the steps above to access your new password and download link.
Q: I have Flexi cutting software and have no ability to print. Can I update my software?
A: Yes, but no new password is required. Follow the steps above to access the download link. When you enter your information, the site will return your same password to you which you can continue to use.
Q: Where do I enter my new password?
A: To enter an updated password in your software, go to Start menu > Programs > SAi Production Suite > Install Manager. Enter a software password in the Password field. Use the + button to enter a PlusPRINT password in the into the Optional Password field.
Troubleshooting
| – | If you receive an error when entering your information, you may have an OEM version of Flexi 10 or PhotoPRINT 10. This means that while your software was made by SAi, it is sold, distributed and controlled by one of SAi’s partners. If you have any questions, please contact the distributor of your software. |
| – | If you receive an error when entering your information, you may be using a non-current version of Flexi or PhotoPRINT. Only users of version 10 are eligible for the update to 10.5. Please see your reseller for upgrade information. |
